Bad service

The driver came to my workplace, called me and hung up, I called him back and it went straight to voicemail, I checked my app and it kept telling me my food was on the way. Before I knew it I got a massage telling me to enjoy my meal. I complained to Ubereats and they told me they were not going to refund me because the driver did arrive and he waited 9 minutes. The driver did not tell me neither did the app, to make it worse he hung up and turned his phone off then said he delivered my food. So in the end, I worked on an empty stomach and lost my money.
