bad service

I placed a order on uber eats and the driver decided to drop my food somewhere else and yet never checked if he was dropping if off to the correct person. When i reached out to uber they just refunded me and this will take 3-5 working days. I am hungry and used my last money to buy food and now I need to starve instead of uber asking if we can order the meal again
