Bad service

I placed an order the. Was told to select a replacement for the one item then I did then I was told that the second one also needs replacing but as I was open I g the options they selected for me don't k of the if its a count down thing or what. So I then connected with uber and they said I should call the store, I called them 4 times before the driver was on his way and still nothing. Then uber sends me a message about it being according to preference and being automated If they cancel I wont get my money like what?? Wow if I could upload the chat. Yet I called the store Neighborhood Wine and Liquor. I'm so defeated
