BAD SERVICE

I ordered a Cajun meal and a CARAMEL ****in on ubereats. The Cajun meal was sent with salty fries. I specifically ordered a caramel ****in because I do not eat chocolate to my suprise they sent me a chocolate ****in. When bringing it up with the support they let me know they could not refund and gave me no reason for their decision.
