Bad service

I'm so disgusted writing this review, I've just encountered a very hideous service from @ubereatsa.. I placed an order for food after waiting an entire hour and more of a delivery of an estimation of 40min, the driver never arrived, the app informed us that the driver was here and suddenly the food is delivered and we never got the food we tried contacting the driver in the app they never respond, the worst thing is not even being able to contact Uber customer care all their lines keep saying it's admin only, where is a service for clients whu are unsatisfied? Uber needs to answer me where did my food go???

Money was deducted from my account and I didn't receive my food I can't even contact this delivery lady.
