Bad service

I ordered food on the app from Kfc Rand Park Ridge on order26952 Food was delivered at 13:11 but the cooldrink was wrong and the driver said he will come back its almost 2 hours later and the driver is has not come back im unable to get the drivers number from the app to contact him as i have paif for something that i do not have.
