Bad service

I ordered 19 meals on Saturday from McDonalds bluff via uber eats for staff that was working. Lunch time was at 12. But the order was done before 10am. Firstly, The s****** driver could not deliver the order because it was a big order. Which was understandable. A 2nd driver went to fetch the food and as soon as the driver fetched the food he cancelled the order. And reason for cancelling was that he could not find the delivery address. That was less than 5 min after leaving. The food was not delivered neither was it returned to the store. I know this driver stole the food. And as much as I did not loose a cent over this order but it was about the integrity. I had staff waiting for their lunch which I knew was on it's way. I was in constant contact with the restaurant. I had to place another order with MR D as they seem to be more reliable. And had no issues.

This is not the first time that uber eats delivery guys cancel my order. Previously, orders made around 6pm was cancelled around 9pm. And then I had to cook Such an inconvenience.

Ubereats need to upgrade their services and their drivers. Their standards have really dropped
