BAD SERVICE

I placed an order on uber eats ordering from chicken lickin using cash the driver never arrived but they said he did but left so I never got to get my order but on the app I have been owing uber eats R90.15 which restricted me from buying again unless I pay for an order I never even got which is disgusting and appalling service from Uber eats I would rather use competitors if I am going to have to spend my money on things I don't receive.
