Bad Service

My oder was not delivered, when I try to go to restaurant I was told to contact ubereats. The same ubereats told me we they tried to call me 4times then that means they gave the driver the right to eat my food that means my ordered of R109(food) plus R20(fee) that is R129 was gone, no refund.
