Bad service

It is very unfair that Uber eats has no call centre or help centre. I ordered food 3 hours ago and the delivery keeps getting delayed, worst part is, I cannot cancel that order because if I do, I will lose my money. This means that I have to wait even though I made other alternatives to eat. I mean 3 hours is too long for you to expect me to still want that order. Please get a call centre so that when issues like this happen, we are able to cancel! So unfair
