Bad service

10th of December Cape Town Camps Bay i ordered kfc on Uber eats when their driver named BENOIT did not arrived with my order and just said delivered and take a picture as if he dropped it but when looking at the picture it's inside the his car as I was waiting to the address he never showed up.i logged a complaint to the app but never gave me a full report on where is my money or even my food I hate this
