Bad Service

Uber eats must decide if they want to deliver food or be a stopwatch at this point, cause why should I wait an hour for a simple burger? I put in an order @16:30 the time is now 17:25and the app kept re calculating, what boggles me is that they dont give me an option to cancel and the driver is not answering as well...so what do they expect me to do?
