bad service

On the 13 October 11:42 ,i have ordered meal from Kfc Dalpark Carnival Mall But i did not receive my meal ,was using uber eats delivery ,i received a call from them saying driver he s not getting hold me ,and i went to outside to check driver no one was there i waited for about 10minutes ,no one came and after few minutes i received email saying my order is been cancelled and i will be refunded till today i did not receive my refund And this morning i received email from them saying they cant assist me because matter is more than 48hrs ,can i have my money back please
