Bad service

I placed my order twice on the app to Maponya mall Mcdonald. I selected cash on delivery order but all drivers canceled including the McD then I was informed that I need to change payment option to card of which I did order they cancelled again with no explanation. I'm hungry and disappointed worse part they didn't reverse the money they took. Please assist
