BAD SERVICE

uberEats has lack of customer service. I ordered food through them and they came with a wrong drink. Their driver said he will take it back to the store and bring the correct one and he never did. I contacted their help service they said they will refund with R1. I asked them how can they refund with R1 when a drink does not even come to that amount, they told me there is nothing they can do. I asked them to bring back the drink the told me they cant do that as they have refunded with R1. and that was it. i guess i have paid for a drink that i did not even receive and they don't want to compensate for it.. i am truly disappointed in them
