Bad Service

Twice now I have ordered and had “another stop on the way”! But it is not a “stop on the way”…. It’s in another direction and my order arrives STONE COLD! The second order was +/-R1500 with a tip of over R150! To arrive COLD. It is not the driver’s fault but Uber Eats need to stop doing this. Unacceptable.
