Bad service

I have ordered triple deck for my kids in Soweto I at Lensia shop. However for delivery it pick my work adress which is far from the place. After I have 1h30 minute I check that the order is not getting delivered I then double check the adress which I have pick. It was my adress I then cancelled the order R532 gone because they had already started with order so why was not delivered at adresss if it was already started this is cheating
