Bad service

I have an urgent matter I've ordered food today, when I was about to go meet the driver as it marked that the driver is 2 minutes away my order was then marked completed with a picture with the food in the pavement I went to check outside there was nothing, security didn't even see them, now my order disappeared on my app I can't even log a complain on the app do something about this I want my money
