bad service

I ordered online from Mc Donald's using uber eats, Firstly i almost waited 2 hours to receive my meal, and the it got canceled and I was not the one to cancel this order, THEN when i reached out to their customer service team I was told a driver was there to collect my order, however this is strange why then cancel my order ? I FEEL that a customer should be notified that there is a delay before a order is placed or that there is NO DRIVERS. Worst Service I Have EVER Received !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
