Bad service

I placed an order through uber eats for a McDonald's meal and when it was delivered I realised that the drinks had ice and I ordered cold rinks without ice. I then had to argue with the driver as he didn't understand why I expected him to take back the order and bring back the correct one, he eventually took the order and sent it back then came back with what I thought was the correct order. After he left I realise that there was still ice in the one drink and also there was not ketchup even though I I had requested for extra ketchup. This clearly showed that the driver didn't check the order before picking it up which was an inconvenience from my part.
