Bad service!!

yesterday i ordered kfc from you guys. when order arrived one meal was missing one the soft drink of the other meal was incorrect. i showed the order to the delivery guy and he said he will quickly go back and fetch the correct soft drink and the other order. 50min later nothing??? he never showed up?? i tried to re-order on the app but said this option wasn't available. so i couldn't get a refund on the app. and the fries on the order we received was cold and could taste it was old. i realize the fries isn't your fault but the driver notifying me we will correct my order and never did??
