Bad service

In the week of the 03/12/2018 I placed and order for Mc Donalds ( R80.00 because i could not order for a less amount) and was going to pay cash for my order. While waiting for my order which was suppose to be delivered to me in the next +-30min, the electricity in the area went off and tried to contact them to find out if my order will still be delivered but there was no reply. I waited and nothing came or delivered. ( up until today) On New Year's Eve i tried to order again and was informed that i had a balance outstanding.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER SO HOW CAN I STILL OWE THEM. They need to sort their system out because i cannot pay for something which i did not receive.

And the same thing happened to my nephew.
