Using the Uber Eats app, I placed an order for chicken licken meal, and although the driver didn't deliver it, he still claimed to have.Uber Eats informed me that their delivery partner comp**** with their policies when I contacted them. In addition to attempting to get in touch with me, he spent twelve minutes waiting at my building's location, and he used the PIN that was sent to me to complete the order. Since the incident on July 26, 2024, they have refused to give me a refund, and every day Uber Eats attempts to take R27,90 out of my account.
