Bad Service

UberEats refuse to refund as my Order from KFC Value centre N1 City branch on Sunday 10/05/2020. Chips was cold also looks like yesterdays left overs, chicken wings over cooked and dry so was the pops the chicken pieces was the only thing that was OK. I kept everything as i wanted them to replace it. Today the 11/05/2020 Monday i have received a message sorry we cant refund during this time does this mean hundred of people will not be refunded. I will never recommend this app to anyone in my life. Even KFC said sorry we cant do anything as I must get my refund through UberEats that i can Understand as i paid UberEats. Worst service ever.
