Bad service

I have heard a lot of people saying that Uber eats delivery guys are totally *********** together with Uber eats as a business itself....I placed an order for a KFC meal and chose priority delivery for an extra fee and my delivery was suppose to be delivered at 18:35 but gues what? The delivery guy calls me at 8pm and says he is outside but the guy was no where to be found and I called him multiple times and even drove around the neighborhood looking for him but I couldn't find him at all and to top it all off he claims that the meal was delivered and it was never delivered and this meal was meant for my sickly child. UBER EATS I WANT MY MONEY ASAP EVEN IF ITS A SMALL AMOUNY I WANT MY MONEY ASAP
