Bad service

I placed an order with Uber eats and Nando’s. After waiting an hour and 20 mins my order was cancelled by the restaurant. According to them, the driver never showed even tho I texted him and it said he was waiting for my order. He never waited. Uber eats never responded to my complaint, I sent the order number and sent numerous follow ups. Their service is pathetic!
