Bad service

I tried to log an issue on ubereats regarding the delivery and package but it gives me an error

I ordered a pizza(come in a box) from Debonairs in Johannesburg Hilbrow and when it was delivered it seem it was opened and a Wrong box as its written someone's name although the receipt is mine. When I open the box while the driver was still here I realised it was squashed as if it fell and repacked by hand. I asked the driver he confirmed he or the delirery items didnt fall and said it could be the packaging at the store.I can't eat an opened package.

i believe during this pandamic we take all precautions to ensure safety of other. I can't complain to the store as I will be referred to the app .I have pictures and the CCTV cameras at my place can verify this. This is not the first time I received bad service and the complaints are not attended time. NIR the store would take accountability
