Bad service

I ordered food last night on the uber eats app, the driver sent a message to say i have arrived but no one at my gate when i contacted him via the app and asked him where is my food and that he delivered it to the wrong address he said oky he will go back to the restaurant and reoder my food. An hour later I contacted the restaurant but no has been there the reorder my food. A laid a complaint on the uber app 30min later i get a message from them and now it has been 16 hours later and still no feedback.
