Bad quality of food through uber eats

If not a driver is the food from the restuarant. You complain about it and uber eats just say sorry and theres nothing they can do about it. This is sickening that we buy such costing food and you get horrible and bad quality of food and uber do nothing about it because they will say it's not their fault.
