BAD QUALITY OF FOOD - DELIVERED

My daughter placed an order with Uber Eats a collection at KFC Shell Century City, Milnerton on Friday... The wings were delivered and everything was in order.

On Saturday, she placed another order at KFC, Shell Century City, Milnerton on Saturday. When the driver delivered I checked the order and immediately saw the the wings were dried out and overcooked or maybe left over from the Friday and just warmed up again. Not edible at all. She immediately them sent a message, they only rep**** after 9/10 pm Saturday night, saying they wont be able to give a credit she was expecting and there is nothing they can do about it. I reported this to KFC and was told they are suppose to assist and sort this out, but the Uber Eats support office refused to assist, with the result I had to dump it. I regularly use Uber Eats. I don't think they're interested in their clients, its all about making money, This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth...I don't want to use them again!!!!!
