Bad horrific service

I ordered food worth 120 rands and it showed delivered on the app but I didn’t receive anything. I called the driver and he told me that maybe someone collected it from the store which is a lie. I made another order and that driver told me that Uber drivers sometimes consume the food themselves. I am so ****ed off 😡 right now I want my money back
