Bad feedback

I ordered from kfc and requested some advice if i cancel the order, how the refund will be done, but the chat agents have no clue and refrain from giving me any answers. Further to that the amount that came off my account was incorrect as it did not subtract the voucher value that I used. They don't have answers for that either. They should have answers to advice customers especially about financial situations.
