Bad experience with UberEATS

I placed an order this afternoon at with UberEATS, ordering KFC.

Upon arrival I realized that the meat was not in good condition. Mind you this was not the first time I had gotten an order that was out from UberEATS.

I am so cross I had to throw my meal away and all they could do is refund me with R10. The whole order was out besides the coke.

I have sent them the pictures and all you can tell is that you do a refund.

I want my money back.
