Bad Dining

Third time now that my order took more than an hour and then got cancelled after they initially said it would take 30min. Everytime you check the app they've added 10 minutes to the eta. What's the point? And now it's too late to not use ubereats. And they couldn't care less.

Ps. If your food ever arrives it will probably be stone cold.
