Bad delivery service

I’ve ordered food from the app and waited a few minutes just for the app to say my food was delivered, I never received my order and when I called the restaurant they said o should contact Ubereats. Why do they make it my responsibility to call Ubereats and they gave the food to the driver. The driver I won’t mention but how do they check to see if it’s you. Like as for the order number and the name. I have contacted them through the app but no one has gotten back to me yet. I’m very disappointed in their service and the way they operate is not professional.
