Bad customer support!

Made an order, payment subtracted from my account. Never received my order. Still sitting without food and less money. Order status "Delivered". Tried contacting support. Have been waiting 30mins for a reply. Very disappointing customer service. Nothing but silence from uber after multiple messages sent on customer support.
