Bad customer service UberEats, they

Driver never delivered my order, they send a picture on the app with my food on the street pavement then **** and said they tried to call me, i don't have missed calls. UE refuses to do anything about it,, they basically said "oh well too bad". What a wicked way to treat customers, sies!! Also, there's no other way to lay a complaint besides the app which is ridiculous!
