Bad customer service from UberEats

Worst customer service I have seen. Placed an order for 4 items. App automatically added a basket over 3 weeks old, before confirmation was charged for 9 items. Tried to cancel order via app. App says contact merchant. Contacted merchant. Merchant says contact Ubereats customer care. Contact customer care, they say sorry we only deal with restaurants, go back to Uber app. By now 30 minutes passed. Eventually get to a chat bot. Explained situation. Asked for human agent. Human agent says wait I’ll contact the merchant. 10 more minutes pass. Eventually human agent says sorry order was shipped.

Worst customer service handling I’ve had in a very very long time!
