Bad customer service

I am so frustrated with the customer service I received. Trying to resolve my order issue was a nightmare, both on their WhatsApp and over the phone. Neither representative seemed interested in helping me at all. I'm beyond disappointed with the lack of support and the way my situation was handled. Is it really that hard to get decent customer service these days?
