Bad customer service

Scooter driver ran out of petrol before he arrived at my house to deliver the food I ordered. He phoned me and demanded that I come get the food even after telling him that I'm not home and my wife cannot go out at night and go collect the food because it's far and it's not safe hence I ordered. He left with the food and marked the order as delivered
