Bad customer service

Placed a order, had a bad delivery, cooldrink messed al over, all food wet and op top of that their was two burgers missing from Burger King and th and vcut fries, but due to the nature of the app it only allowed to submit one fault or complaint which I did and got a small refund, which didn't compare to an entire order of over 500 going to waste. The customer service was putrid, emails non responsive and as I continued to as for assistance I was met with no response or again straight dismissal. Worst experience ever.
