Bad customer service. Disappointed !!!!

Ordered breakfast at McDonalds Jabulani mall this morning and my order was incomplete, they didn't give the driver my ****ins and told him (Sfiso was the drivers name). He said he will go collect them and he will not end the trip, but he did without bring my ****ins.
