Bad customer service

I have a bad experience with Uber eats, I was overcharged with R50 on my order which was placed on the 7th August 2022. I tried to log a complaint via their app but which is pathetic. This is not the first time same thing happened on the 28th July, and it's so difficult to get help. I'll never use this app again it's so pathetic.
