Bad customer service

I was sent a voucher via email at work for Uber Eats. I then loaded the voucher into my Uber Eats apps. I received an sms with the code. When I try to order I had to put an code which said it’s invalid. I contacted Uber help on the app.

I was asked to take a screenshot of the voucher I received from the email as well as the address that it was sent to. I did that. Later I was asked to take a screenshot of the sms with the code I received. I did that. 4 hours later I was asked again to send the promo code from the voucher I said there was no code in the email it was just sent on phone via sms.

It’s the worst service ever. The worst part the voucher expires tonight. You would think people that works there should know better but clearly not. I will just continue using Mr Delivery they are very efficient.
