Bad customer service

I logged a ticket stating I forgot my bag which has my ID,kids clothes,PURSE which has money instead the driver says I never paid him off which I fully paid for my ride and now my account is on a R0

The bag has all my particulars of which I WANT IT NOW BUT I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER

Not to mention the driver was rude and stated he does not care about my ratings and he will block me
