Bad customer service

On Saturday night I order food through UberEATS. My total without tip, was R190.84 and tip was R19.09 and they normally Deb for the food then the tip and this particular night I was debit the total together. R209.94 and then once my food was delivered, I was then debit another R19.09. when I question it they said , it was not done that way and I still sent them my screen shot of what was debit and they still deny the fact that they were wrong. Even with the evidence of them double debiting for the tip. Hence my one 🌟 and I will rather never use again.
