Bad customer service

I ordered the food by Nandos on the 23/08/2024 , and the food was delivered by the gate unaware when I laid the complaint that I did not get the food the Uber eats company says it was delivered and the food wasn’t there. The guy just took a picture and go with it, then I went straight to the restaurant to tell them that I did not receive the food, as I was expecting to see the guy unfortunately he wasn’t there. Uber eats are ****mers so shouldn’t operate this way treating customers like *******.
