Bad Customer service

I ordered a family treat and 10 dunked wings , I didn’t recieve what I wanted . I got 5 pieces of chicken in a bucket and that was it , customer service don’t want to issue compensation/ refund for what happened, I paid close to R500 for 5 pieces of Chicken from kfc using their platform
