Bad customer service

We’ve ordered at ubereats a couple of times. Their drivers are fantastic! But we’ve lost around a R1000 because of a glitch in their system. When we sent through a query they say it’s something that the restaurant must fix. When you phone the restaurant they say uber must fix the problem from their side. They suggest you understand and then don’t discuss the matter further. The employees who work for ubereats are great but Ubereats as a company has very bad customer service.
