Bad customer service

Ordered food for a birthday dinner. Did not receive all the items. Contacted them the same night via the app. Gave me a R1 credit. When I followed up they just kept on telling me s credit has been processed I must check my statements. When I later told them it still says only R1 credit given I was told I took to long to report it. Not returning messages anymore and did not give me a contact number to actually speak to someone.

Taken it up with KFC and same thing, someone will follow up and contact me and still waiting. It is almost a month now
